Element14 Brand Story

Element14 was the name chosen for a business that was born out of a passion for gaming, digital content creation, and digital music. The business was started by a couple of friends who had always been avid gamers and had a shared love of creating and sharing digital content.

  As they started to delve deeper into the world of digital entertainment space they began to see the potential for a business that could bring all of these passions together under one roof. They spent months brainstorming and discussing ideas, trying to come up with a name that would reflect the unique blend of gaming, content creation, and music that their business would represent.

  One day, as they were brainstorming around a conference table, one of the founders mentioned the periodic table of elements and eyes lit up. 

  Element14 came to mind….and was chosen!

  As they worked to build their business, they were constantly inspired by the name they had chosen – Element14 – which represented the diverse and multifaceted nature of their work.

But what they didn't realize at the time was that the name they had chosen was also deeply connected to the fourthteenth element on the periodic table – silicon.

  Silicon is a chemical element that is found in a variety of forms in the world around us. It is a key component of many different materials, including glass, rubber, and ceramics. But perhaps most importantly, silicon is also an essential ingredient in the production of many different types of electronic devices, including computers, smartphones, and other digital technologies.

  As Element14 grows and develops, the team realizes that the name they have chosen was perfectly suited to their business. Just as silicon is an essential element in the world of electronics, Element14 was an essential part of the gaming, digital content creation, and digital music industries.
