Element14 Uno Tournament Rule Set

Participants must register online at www.e14experience.com or in person at Element14.
The registration deadline is July 27th at 6:00PM.
Each participant must provide proof of entry purchase information during registration.

Format: Single-elimination bracket
Seeding: Randomly assigned
Game Rules: Standard Uno rules apply with the following modifications:
- Draw-to-match rule enforced.
- No stacking of Draw 2 or Draw 4 cards.
- Skip and Reverse cards only affect the next player in turn.

Game Start: Each game begins with players being dealt 7 cards and one turned over. After everyone has their cards there will be a digital spin to show who will start off match. Then clock will start once first card is dealt.
Game Play: Matches are played until one player discards all cards or the time limit expires.
Time Limit: Each match has a strict time limit.
- Round 1: 4 Tables, 4 players per table, 2 matches, 10 minutes each, 2 players advance per table (8 total).
- Round 2: 2 Tables, 4 players per table, 2 matches, 10 minutes each, 2 players advance per table (4 total).
- Final Round: 1 Table, 4 players, 3 matches, 10 minutes each, 1 winner.
Victory Conditions: The player with the fewest cards left when the time limit is reached wins the match or if someone before the time expires discards all cards. If there is a tie of fewest cards left in group we revert to the point system to count below.

All participants must adhere to the Element14 Code of Conduct.
Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or failure to comply with the rules will result in disqualification.
